What is it?
Epigenetics is the study of changes in organisms caused by modification of gene expression. In layman’s terms, it’s how our bodies react on a cellular level to the different outside influences in our lives.
 
 
How it works:
Epigenetic mapping uses a small sample of your DNA - four hair follicles from the back of your head or eyebrows - to provide a comprehensive analysis of your overall cell health. Choose from the Optimize Wellbeing Analysis or the Sports & Fitness Analysis. Your personalized results are delivered directly to you in as little as 15 minutes.
Your easy to read report is a detailed breakdown of how you can improve your diet, environment and lifestyle to optimize your all-around health, wellbeing, and performance. Included is a 90 Day Plan that will help you incorporate foods that are high in the nutrients you are currently lacking and limit your intake of food that you have an intolerance towards. 
 
We recommend this service if you are trying to manage your weight, achieve a fitness goal, or just looking to live a healthier, well-balanced life.  ​Book additional time for an Epigenetic Consultation where we will go through and help you understand your 24-30 page personal Epigenetic Report in depth. We will provide a print out and customize recommendations based on your results.  Follow up visits are recommended, one every three months.
