In addition we offer Chromotherapy to target a variety of wellness needs.  Chromotherapy or light therapy has been used for centuries in many cultures for various ailments.  Light therapy in conjunction infrared sauna is believed to reduce swelling, pain, inflammation, improve mood, improved skin disorders, yellow light therapy has been used to treat infants with jaundice at hospitals, every color represents a specific targeted area come see which one benefits you more!

We offer a private room with cold water and cold wet hand towels, and relaxing music to help achieve a total relaxing experience.
