PNF Assisted stretching is a 30 minute for $75 or 60 minute for $135 private session with a well-trained educated certified stretch therapist. This stretching technique involves elongating the muscle and releasing tightness, offering a deeper and more intense stretch. Further, breaking down adhesions and scar tissue.
